I don't know too much about Adsense premium, but I believe you have to have a couple million search queries per month to your site.
The number I read was at least 20 million page views per month, plus you have to be invited in by Google (it's not automatic).
okay.. becaus as I have seen on many site, they are quite able to remove the "ads by google" tags... amazing...
YES, the premium adsense only invited by google itself. and you can understand why they will invite you, only bcoz u have good website, content with gr8 traffic.
