Do any SEO companies guarantee a first page on Google or Yahoo?

This is usually scams. You cannot guarantee a number 1 spot in the search engines

 

You CAN guarantee results on Google, Yahoo and MSN.

If your payment is on the line and you have confidence and experience enough it's just a matter of keeping them happy and of course getting the results.

Why can't anyone understand this?

 

Again most of u are wrong. If the seo is more knowledgable then their peers then they are confident enough to guarantee top 10 placement.My seo has been doing it for years. One dollar did it here also, so it fcan be done and it depends on their skill level and confidence

my advice is not to go for the top 10 or number 1, it means excellent SEO, keywords and linking capabilities, but in no way it guaranties to you traffic.

On the top of all, even if you acquire traffic, who can guarantee you that it's a targeted traffic that WILL buy your porduct?!

Be wary of this. If they do, they can not guarantee it to stay #1. Let alone in the first 10 indexed searches on page 1. And if they do, for how long. Because if they say you can stay on page 1 for many, many weeks. Take your money, no wait, grab your money and run. Dont go back and dont reply.

I keep blasting out to the top directories every month per web site! but I stay #1 for only the title of my site for like three days some time less in most case you need to be connected to a really hot seo group to do this and cant afforde that kind of work trust me!< know if your not optimized correctly you will never hit #1 at all. bottom line broham" you need to get to as many directories as possible this will cash flow your pipe line dream I mean you need back links looking at you in order to survive Google's swamped inclusion but hey really work on sales not top listings optimize your site so it comes up in many different areas then you come up #1 in that area your weak in so thanks it's been very enlightening"

I've been #1 for my domain name since I started. Which is of course meaningless, since my domain name (my first and last name) receives only an average of one search daily on the internet.

Ask the SEO company if they can get your chosen keyword(s) onto page 1. That is a whole different story.

you should check what are the guaranties they give and also will they return the money if the conditions are not met.

bear in mind which places, for how long, how many clicks, and the most important targetted visitors. Targeted visitors is the keyword. You do not need 10000 visits per da, all you need is 50 targeted visitors from which at least 10% will buy something - that's 5*30 days = 150 buy.

Than, if your product is good, the oldest marketing technique (mouth-to-mouth) will increase your sales. In the mean time continue looking for the other 50 targeted visitors and increase your products competiveness.
