do any of you have to loging TWICE to this forum? I also type my username and password and it says it's logged in. but it's not. The username and password fields and blank. I have to REFRESH internet explorer so it'll log in.
If you haven't already, do this: Once you are correctly logged in to Digital Point and to the page you wish to start on, then bookmark that page. From then on, you'll only have to click that bookmarked icon and you'll be on DP and ready to go.
I did read another thread where someone was having this same problem. It should be on the first couple of pages here if you want to look for it. I have only logged on to DP once and have never had to do it again. Firefox is much better for viewing DP anyway, have you downloaded it yet?
Clear your cookies. If the problem still persists, change your browser and if it still persists, post it here. OR change the person in front of computer r change the computer
I would just reformat my hdd, and reinstall windows and FF and browse dp again . Plus like mentioned above, did u check that remember me box ?
