I'm just curious about this topic... I'm a real estate investor in South Florida and see a ton of money being made in these forums. You guys could make EVEN HIGHER returns on the money if you took your cash and bought real estate now. The US real estate market is in a serious slump..and you can legitamately buy houses for pennies on the dollar. Just my .02..
