Well, the only way I know to track individual readers is through mybloglog and if they are using mybloglog, then they want their little picture on my site.

True it is hard to track without mybloglog, but with mybloglog it's actually really easy to track and I think you should be able to tell the difference between a real person and fakster by looking at their profile.

I don't have any "famous" (internet) people visit my sites.. I wouldn't know how to track them.. However, for your site: If they're regular visiters.. that definitely shows some feedback on how your content is great!
