Obviously everyone is worried about this. Do any of these programs work to help stop click fraud? If so let me know which one is best, I appreciate it!

Not sure. But at present the only solution is adlogger... I think Google should provide some tools on analytics..

yes, google should provide such tools either in adsense itself or analytics..
That will be a real help.

i've used Adlogger for a long time.. it's not perfect, but it does a good job of letting you know what's happening with your clicks, and it can disable ads for multiple-clickers (based on settings you choose)..

I think adlogger provides a good idea of whats happening even if its not 100% guarnateeable. I think, for now, this is the best solution available.

I apologize for the self-promotion, but Niche mania Adsense sites have had anti-click fraud built-in since 2005 - it's a script called Click Shield. There is a javascript version being released in March, which works with all other non-Niche Mania Adsense sites.

Either version, works perfectly - it prevents malicious or innocent CF from occuring on a given site.

It's the only script I'm aware of that prevents it rather than simply detecting it.

Google should be ok with Adlogger because it does not change the AdSense code. It just wraps around it and prevents showing the code if someone clicks too much. I have used it and mentioned the software in an email to them and they did not say that it was not withing TOS. They just said make sure that it does not change the AdSense code, which Adlogger doesn't do. Hope this helps!

Let me say you how to use Adlogger on html sites.
You have to go in to Cpanel -> Apache handlers -> and add in Extensions: ".html" and in handler: "application/x-httpd-php". Without "" :)
