Do any 2nd/3rd tier PPC engines offer geotargeting?

    Do any 2nd or 3rd tier PPC engines offer geotargeting of ads so that you can only target your offers to one country, such as US traffic?

    I know 7search does not, and I was wondering if any other PPC engines gave you the option?

    Or is my best bet to just buy the traffic and then geotarget on my site, i.e. show affiliate offers to traffic that is qualified for it and Adsense for the rest?

    All of our website offers are geo-targeted, so if you purchase clicks, you can select the country/region you would like your clicks to originate from.

    Have a look through our current publisher websites and simply select the website to advertise on, select your region, and write your ad.

    Simple as that :)

    Well, I looked at the related threads area, so I see advertiser.freedomofads.com is geo targeted. I have no personal experience with them, though so...
