Don't get me wrong I make quite a decent amount from adsense. From all my niche sites and stuff. But my actual blog which I put the most effort into and have the most links going back too and have good quality content pays like 10c a click. While most niches of mine pay 80c - $1.50 what the hell?
You could be trying to monetize it the wrong way. Adsense isn't for every blog. Look at some different avenues of advertising - commission junction, clickbank, other affiliates, text link ads, private advertisers. There are too many ways to make money from a blog to rely solely on Adsense, especially when it's not working well.
I agree with what you said... and also may be this niche is low paying..it doesn't have to be a bad blog to get low revenue sometimes the niche we are targeting is also very low paying
People are earning money from adsense also, but promoting affiliates products may earn you more money .So if you want to earn money use affiliate marketing . You can put both adsense and the affiliate codes on your blogger. There may be many reasons for why you are not doing good, may be that you are doing in a wrong way , your niche might be low paying , you are not getting traffic, if getting traffic your CTR is low. Hope this helps you. Regards Tehmina
i think this is adsense section and TS ask for adsense earning i dont know why you answer with different answer this is not affiliate section, this is not CJ, clickbank, or etc regards
I get decent traffic 100-200 uniques a day. My CTR is 15% I target several niches in my blog mainly, reviews of games, laptops, internet marketing, life tips, tutorials. However, each blog post contains different keywords and technically a different niche. So it couldn't be that all my blog posts are based on low paying niches when I know for a fact I covered some business topics which should have relatively high pay out rates. I don't really know. I should probably give affiliate marketing a go for my blog. I have heard somewhere that adsense pays better when your website is specifically related to one specific topic as specific as possible to not 'dilute' the content. I guess that could be the reason why the blog doesn't pay as well, because it covers a more broader ranger of topics. eh.
