If a site has an RSS feed, it appears in the URL. http://feeds.feedburner.com/OutComFeatures is for out.com and http://www.outtraveller.com/ isnt a real website. Just a parked domain it seems.
www.out.com = http://feeds.feedburner.com/OutComFeatures Your one site has RSS Feed but another (outtraveller.com) site don't have RSS Feed you have to create RSS feed for another site just go to http://www.feedburner.com www.outtraveller.com =
