Do all debit card issuers verify your SSN?

At one point all they did was just collect them without verify the info as it wasn't really required by law or anything. Just a few months ago I had read that someone got one from this well known company by providing a fake one. My question is does anyone know any debit card issuers that don't actually verify the info you send them like your ssn?

Providing a fake SSN could be considered fraud, or identity theft to some. Some creditors may not need one but you will have to ask if it is necessary.

Well I'm not looking for a line of credit and it would seem highly unlikely that a customer service agent would even know this type of information. The only ppl that would know for certain are ppl who have tried and successfully gotten a card somewhere without providing a real ssn. VMI didn't even require it a while back.

There are different cards which don´t need any form of ID.

Please let me know if you are interested in them and I´ll let you know more about it
