Sorry if this has been answered, but do affiliate links help the PR of a site when linking to it eg. domain.com/=ref*** - Will that increase domain.com's PR?

Not sure but I think such links will not help in PR increase for the main domain.

In theory they should increase the PR.
However I'm pretty sure Google has some algorithm to devaluate them ;)
