Do Affiliate Links Count Towards PageRank?

Hi All

I was wondering if you still get the backlinks counted for PageRank for the page mysite.com when you have affiliates using mysite.com?aff=99 type links. Or will the search engines count them as separate pages.

I believe Google will assume it is not seperate... but I'm really not 100% sure.

Yes google does count the affiliate links.

I have never seen any site have back links like this "mysite.com?aff=99"

and maybe google Doesn't Count the affiliate links.

every link which is written as differently whether or not it redirects the click to same page will be considered as different page.......
