Adwords advertisers can choose to show ads to particular countries instead of all. Some people (from US especially) could see some higher valued ads that people from India couldn't see... and indirectly your click value could increased if you have more visitors from those advertisers preferred countries.
completely true, most of my website target to Cambodian people i earn only 3$/day from 10,000 hits and one of my website target to US only 400 hits i earn around 4$/day.
Ugh, i thought it depends on the advertiser. Let say they pay 10 cents and no matter who clicks it the publisher gets 10 cents.
Just target your ads around the world and you get more $$$ the less you target your ads the less your ads will be click.. if you just target it in one or two country then you loss from getting money from other country everyday...
In my opinion, competition for the same keyword is higher in US and other more mature market. Advertisers have to bid more for the same keyword. So clicks from those markets would naturally have higher CPC.
yes there is a difference in earnings country wise your stats means that traffic is costlier in us than india , thats because economy and cost of living index in us is much higher than in india , thats why traffic has more cost in us , if you get traffic from any remote or african country trafiic cost will be much lesser
