No. Once you've been banned from adsense you're done.

No more AdSense for you buddy, sorry! There's many different ad networks out there though. Try AdBrite, or the Yahoo! ad network.

No,you can't.You will be banned again if you create another adsense account
I think you can try another account(use different IP,Email, payee)
    But it's risky...

adsense allows only one account for an individual. Getting Banned is the worst way to terminate that account. Once you are banned, your affiliation with google adsense ends forever. It is not just your 'account' which gets banned, but it is 'you' who get banned!

Google is too smart than one can think and will get to know if you try to open another account.

But, don't be sad :) Now, there are many more networks where you can open an account and start earning from your site again. But since you already have learned a lesson, Please do not promote your site in a wrong way just for getting adsense clicks. Do not click your own ads nor ask friends and relatives to click them for you. I am sure they love you very much and they will over do it :D

Folks, I don't think the OP was banned, I think the PREVIOUS OWNER of the site was. If that is the case, make sure that whatever was on the site that caused the banning is no longer an issue.

Then, send the Adsense team an email explaining that you are the NEW owner of the site, that you are not associated with the previous owner, and that you have fixed whatever violations there were. If you do this, they may reinstate that site for displaying ads. There is a chance that they won't, but it's certainly worth a try.
