    Hi,

    Quick question...

    I am inquiring if the reports fro my CPC textlink ads will tell me which Keywords are getting the clicks.
    It seems like it is reporting all clicks together.

    This way I can adjust bid price accordingly.

    Many thanks,

    It's something that's planned, but the individual keywords aren't yet showing on the reports.

    You can track it on your end for the time being, by using the {keyword} variable in your URL. For example:

    http://www.something.com/landingpage.php?kw={keyword}

    That will insert the keyword the user clicked into your URL.

    Hi Shawn,

    Not sure what you are saying.

    I do indeed understand GGI GET parameters. All of my site are PHP sites and I can easily add code to read and log any incoming GET parameter.

    But are you saying that if I use the syntax in my link URL:
    kw={keyword}

    That YOUR server will plug in the keyword-in-question to the field: {keyword} ?

    If this is the way it works, then this is as good as the reports we have been discussing.

    All the best,

    It will send the user to that URL (with the keyword in it). So you would need some sort of ability to track it on your end.

    Thanks Shawn,

    Hmmm ... sounds like, for the short term, I should just set up 3 different textlink ads for each of my 3 KWs and send them to slightly different links, where I can track accordingly. It will really help me to know which KWs are getting how-many clicks.

    Thank-you again,
