    You need not have to pay anything.. Tax is automatically reducted when you transfer money from paypal or so to your bank./.!!
    you can see that in conversion rate.. its some pennies less than the original conversion rates..!!

    it is advisable to pay tax as you will regular deposit adsense checks in the banks, the bank authorites will come to know about it.
