It can be made as a forum....probably low-$xx undeveloped.

 

iam planning to developed this domain into a full fledge website very similar to DNForum where people would be able to buy, sell and discuss about domain names, the cms software for this i will use the wordpress and phpbb

Depends on what you mean "Fully developed similar to DNForum"

Dnforum is not just a site that was made yesterday , its started in 2001-2 , the value of Dnforum is very big , its a big domainers network and it took long time for it to reach where it is today.

Also if you are making a professional forums , you should think about using VB maybe , its more professional and have many options than Phbb

If you are to do so , maybe in next 2-3 years your forums might grow big and a professional domainers environment is created maybe its going to be worth huge price.
