    well that's only a potential value. i think you can't find anyone who will pay that for your site. i also use dnscoop as site value calculator ;) it's the best.

    Useless tool. =/ Said one of my sites was worth 9.5k when in reality its worth a lot more.

    It is gives a site value which can't be taken into consideration. I can give 100% assurance about it.

    It evaluates based on the site links found on google and other search engines .. and link found on other sites and page rank of the site.

    Mostly estimate the value to 10 times lower than what dnscoop shows.

    Site value calculators cannot calculate the exact worth. some site may just have ad's on it and some may have their own products
