    I have a problem. I have a dedicated server, and after I got the server I find that my host uses a free dns hosting company. I cannot host subdomains. I am in DNS hell.
    What I need is a company that can host a custom name server for me, that will host unlimited subdomains, and hopefully will host other domains for me in the future.
    Anyone doing this, or can they recommend a company that will do it?
    I am not very familiar with dns, so I need an easy setup for the domains.

    I think that with any dedicated server its allowed

    This is easily possible with your own server.

    Hello there,

    As others have stated, you should be able to do this with your own dedicated server, you just need to ensure you have the right software installed. If you wish to keep it off your server, there are other alternatives out there, just as a paid DNS provider. Do you have a control panel with your dedicated server?
