    Hi,

    I booked a domain .co.za from 101domains.com, I changed the DNS and its being more then 72 hour, but still not propagate, I open a support ticket on 26 July but no reply from their side. :mad:

    Can someone suggest me anything.

    You changed the name servers, or the DNS records? Is whois showing the correct name server info? If you query the name servers directly, do they return the correct records?

    Who is information is showing the previous DNS record,

    response of 101 is really poor and pathetic, never response to the support ticket. :(

    Whois doesn't show DNS records in your domain. It only has the name servers for the delegation from the TLD. Maybe the problem is that you're asking them the wrong question.
