I recently got a dedicated server, but I never used WHM and cPanel, which came part of the server. I have dedicated nameservers eg. ns1.mysite.com and ns2.mysite.com but when I try to forward my domain to my site I get error. Someone told me that "it is not mapped to any of the IP addresses." How can do this? My registrars is godaddy.

Thanks for the help in advance

You probably have to go to GoDaddy and find the section where you 'register' your nameservers. You then have to register your nameservers ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com and the IPs of these nameservers, allow some time for propogation and you should be good to go.

If you haven't registered them before, or it is a new domain, this is most likely the problem.

    Hope this helps.

This is correct. It is not real easy to find the right button the first time you do it. In most cases it progates quickly.
