Dns Server issues

    i keep on getting this problem on my site:

    Network Error (dns_server_failure)

    Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.
    The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.

    For assistance, contact Customer Support.

    one day the site works perfectly fine and one day i get this... whats the issue.. can anyone help

    There are two possibilities.

    [1] There is a problem in the DNS server where your domain is hosted.
    [2] There is a problem to resolve the DNS by your ISP.

    You will need to contact your ISP as well as your host to find the root cause of the issue.

    What's the domain?

    On any server, do:

    host -C domain.com
