I have had a continuing problem with my dedicated server for the last week. All of my sites DNS are not resolving in more than half the global network - please see - http://internetsupervision.com/scripts/urlcheck/check.aspx?checkurl=www.freaknfunny.com&email=ken%40kenhardy.com&sb=%3E%3E+Check+URL My server company cannot locate or fix. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you resolve it? Thank you.
Go to any of the root servers by doing this: > dnslookup > server 192.33.14.30 > set q=ns >freaknfunny.com Try this with all other root servers. I see ns1.suckered.us and ns2.suckered.us as your nameservers, but the above root server cannot resolve these names. So the problem might be with your setup of your domain name servers at the root .COM servers. I would check to see if roots have the NS records you expect, then work your way down the DNS tree. Good Luck, Peter
Your DNS records are all messed up. Who did you buy hosting through? They should have provided you with the correct name servers to update the registrar that you have your domain with.
