    Hello,

    I have one issue here.

i own a domain ex: domain1.com and i have added A record pointing to ip 65.21.331.1 in my domain registrar control panel and added the domain to cpanel.

Subsequently i added a A record for cool.domain1.com poiting to 86.24.223.2 in domain1.com cpanel control panel and added the domain to 86.24.223.2 cpanel.

But its been 24hrs cool.domain1.com is not resolving. is things misconfigured by me?

    Thanks

    Hello there,

Are you adding these records at your registrar, or, through cPanel? You should have name servers that point to the server the domain is located on at your registrar, and then letting the DNS from that server serve the correct information. Are you sites on a dedicated server or VPS? If you are using shared hosting, you should really contact your current host and let them help you out.
