DNS Problem

I have a website www.h2bots.com and another one I won't put on here.

Here is my problem. At least 2-5 times per day I have to run the command ipconfig /flushdns and Reset my Modem and Router to access it. (ping doesn't even work) And weird thing is that it'll work in FireFox but not IE (most likely due to ping not working as well). I'm using Comcast.

Other users of the website have the same issues. The error that pops up is Server Not Found (because windows can't even ping it).

For those that have experience with this, what course of action needs to be taken to fix this issue. Is this a Domain register problem, a Server problem, or a Windows Problem (windows 7). If this is a windows problem I can't really ask my users to run ipconfig /flushDNS ever time they need to visit my website.

This started happening about 2 weeks ago, so I'm at a total loss as to where to go or begin to fix this issue.

That is the problem, sometimes it's fine other times it's not. Not Server issues (i believe) it's a DNS problem that is sporatic and hard to track down.

    EDIT:
Just found out what was the problem.

I went to www.intodns.com and ran a DNS Health Check as suggested by RHS-Chris found that the nameservers were acting up. I called GoDady to find out what could be done, and apparently the Nameservers they originally gave me we outdated and old nameservers that were known to malfunction. They had me switch the nameservers to 2 newer ones and that fixed the problem. Give that a shot and see if it helps your issue.
