The problem that they are reporting, is that the secondary name servers IP, is not set up with an RDNS entry. I've not seen this issue before, for name server setup, this has more to do with sending emails out off that IP address. You can see the results below for your IP's: http://iptools.com/dnstools.php?tool=rdns&user_data=69.65.56.42 http://iptools.com/dnstools.php?tool=rdns&user_data=69.65.56.43 As you should be able to see, the first IP has a correct RDNS entry, the second, does not. You need to contact your host, who has provided you with those IP's, and have them add a proper RDNS for the second IP.
