    Hi,

I hope this is the correct place to post my question...

Anyway, I have registered a domian with 123 reg and want to map it to Google Sites. So far I have followed the instructions at http://sites.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=99448 - My DNS records now look like:

    Name Type Content

    @ A xx.xxx.xx.xx
    WWW A xx.xxx.xx.xx
    WWW CNAME ghs.google.com

My question is: Do I need to delete the A Type subdomain record (www)?

    I hope this makes sense.

    Thanks in advance,

    T

You should remove "WWW A xx.xxx.xx.xx" record, since you already have A record for your domain and CNAME record for WWW.

It depends on where a zone file for this domain is located.
