    Just finished up development for a completely custom WP theme with a ton of great features. The site doesn't receive any/much traffic or revenue, but it's all set up and ready for articles and traffic. Just the development of this theme alone would have costed about as much as the BIN price, you just don't have the waste all the extra time hiring a developer because it's already done for you.
