DMOZ Supports Child Porn?

I was referring only to the multiple listing of galleries as being a "norm". I just don't understand why the child rapist networking cat is still there - it should have been gone in minutes and if discussion was needed then have the debate after. If there was a decision to keep it then it could be restored. Safety first. Every day it remains it does untold damage to the Directory's reputation and if it stays permanently in any form I wonder how many editors will walk never to return. This matter is not going to wither and die. I don't know of any editor, even Adult stalwarts, who would defend this category as being a norm in any way. Hence my astonishment and disappointment that it is still there.

Wikipedia had the same links listed at the foot of their page on pedophilia when this thread started - it was used to illustrate DMOZ was not alone. It is now. Some of the discussion you can see, which is obviously open on Wikipedia, is interesting.
