Its all about luck of a website. Either a website is good or not :D.. I have seen many cheap websites on Dmoz listing. But for a quality website it also takes so much time.

Well, which is it? Luck or quality? A game of chance or skill? :)

I have add my website: www.topztrade.com at DMOZ one month ago. But, it still not yet approved. Is that anyone who can help me, please? Do I need to add again? Or, just wait untill approved?

You had better hope that the DMOZ editor does not chose this moment to review your site:

I have not checked to see if the site is working or not. But do not resubmit it will not help your site and can delay it being reviewed for a possible listing.

There is nothing more that you can do, you have suggested, just that, made a suggestion of a site we might use. It can take from a few days to a few years. We are not a listing service for site owners.

You have obviously not read the guidelines about the sort of sites we look for because you have not read in the same page not to suggest sites more than once. But when an editor chooses to review the site if it is in accordance with guidelines and it enhances the category they are working on it will be listed. But don't hold your breath.

Just a tip too, offering to pay for a listing gets the site banned for ever.

If the site is submitted to a category that carries a lot of spam it can take much longer than a suggestion to Regional categories where spam is much less.
