Is there any way to check out your site status at dmoz whether it has been reviewed or not. In the past 2 months i have submitted 5 sites 2 times none of them is approved yet.

And what does this have to do with google...?

Short answer is no... lazy bums closed the resource zone so they don't have to answer any more.
You should just try to get accepted as an editor, that way you can list all your sites, wipe out all your competitors, and even make a decent amount of cash selling listings to other webmasters.

Did they ever answer? I always thought the response was "it is waiting to be reviewed, we can not say when this will happen"

If you suggest a URL to a category where it is already awaiting review, the machinery usually replaces the earlier one with the new.

There is no normal way to do this but DMOZ editors sell this information. You can contact macdesign who is user in this forum and editor in DMOZ. I think the price is $25 for couple of month reporting but not sure, you can check it on his web site.

I got a red rep for above post with comment:

"Now I have absolutely zero respect for you."

I don't know if it was macdesign or another DMOZ editor that gave me red rep but if my posting is not true then why not post and explain, and if it is true then why do you want to hide it, I am just generating more business for DMOZ editors.
