    i dont know a free script

    indexu has free trial but it is limited to 100 listings.

    One of the questions is "How do I use the RDF dump?" and should be what you are looking for...that is, assuming you want the ODP data and not just a directory. If it's just a directory you are looking for, then follow Googsmaster's advice.
