I submitted my site to DMOZ about 5 months back and did the mistake of resubmitting after 2 months.

My site is not yet listed. Is it being penalized for the second submission.what should I do to resolve this.

I read in one of the discussions here, about contacting the editor regarding your listing? will this help

    thanks all

I'm sure that you're not being penalized for the multiple submissions, however, I wouldn't recommend continuing to submit - because there's the chance that all of your suggestions could be deleted by accident when someone goes in to clean out multiple submissions of the same URL in related categories.

As for contacting the editor - it probably wouldn't do any good, since most editors won't respond to emails.

Are you sure you only submitted twice?

You can not retract a suggestion to ODP. My sincere advice is to leave it alone. It may do more harm than good by re-suggesting it.
