You can easily find out if your site is listed by either looking in the category where it belongs or by searching for the domain (without the http or www).
If you mean you saw some DMOZ visits in your logs, that can be due to many things, including referrals, automatic processes, or perhaps volunteer editors. Don't place too much importance on it, because there is no way of knowing why your site was visited. :)

Looks like your freedirectory has more submissions not listed than ours in proportion to listed ones
    Active Links: 5777
    Pending Links: 9675

and of the active ones not so many active like
    http://www.outsourcingstrategies.com/

That of course will not in itself preclude a listing.

I also did not notice DMOZ listed in your directories.
That of course does not, in itself, prevent you from being listed.

Just interesting when I looked up your site.

Like DMOZ, they likely do not bother with the submission queue :p

Maybe you could take a few moments and submit the ODP for inclusion? ;)

Though, like DMOZ, there is no guarantee that your site will be listed. :p

I thought that the hurdle for getting a directory listed in DMOZ was so high that the chances of 99.9% of them getting listed was no chance.

Niche directories with good content are welcome.
    Sparse general directories are not.

Distinguishing between the two isn't difficult :).
