    Just because you have a DMOZ listing doesn't mean you should be on the 1st page of search results, relevancy is based on many factors.

    This blog have 4 month old, and i submitted to more directory with that anchor text (listed).

    But ranking is still low.

    Which one, please tell me details, thank you!

    Relevant links mean what the word stands for... relevant. They should be from sites related to yours that contain high quality content. Directories, article submissions, social bookmarking, etc are not "very" effective linking methods considering "everyone" does them.
