I am asking about DMOZ listing only.
I don't think so there is any website in the world who gets approval in 30 days if it is, you should mention live link of your listing, So many members of this forum get some tips.

Dmoz is like a Dinasour. It is Big and Large, but it is on the verge of extinction now.
Do not depend on Dmoz. You will end up ruining your SEO career. Submit your website to various Social Media Sites, You will get much better results in rankings.

Assuming the links are still dofollow, which I think they are, DMOZ will still send some link juice. The biggest thing is probably still the length of time it takes to get listed. If you can get a link from them, it should still give you some authority!
