dmoz listed, pr4 ... cb, radio, truck driving site and forum

    I have a friend who needs to sell his site because he is moving and will have more housework then time to do it.

    The site is listed in Dmoz, so I obviously wont be able to post the URL, you'll have ask for a pm, or contact me yourself.

    I can say this, it's listed on on page lower then this category.http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Radio/
    and is about Radios.. its a niche, I just don't want to post it, cuz you could figure out the site pretty easily.

    The site has 2 main section, both have a PR4, the original site has 4,000 pages indexed is in the root, and then he has a forum like site.com/keyword/ with 3,000 pages indexed.

    The forum was added recently, and is and includes a vBulletin and vBSEO owned licenses each. The forum was started around 11/06

    the forum stats are about
    Threads: 4,299, Posts: 6,024

    there are under 200 members, but they are very active... I believe the owner has been pruning spam and such.

    here is a google analytics graph of just the forum. His host was trying to charge for awstats, so this is all he has.. The main site has been around a lot longer then the forum.. I'm sure it gets as much traffic as the forum if not more

    The ad placement could me a lot better, so the revenue is pretty low right now. There is great potential with this site, just needs a little fine tuning.

    I'll send you the url..

    no bin as of now, but if it where me, I'd say around 2 grand for a bin
