    I purchased this site a couple of days ago here on DP. The domain name is now with me, but I have not yet transferred this to my hosting. I do have the SQL files for both Word Press and Coppermine.

    The reason I have decided to turn this around so fast is that this site uses Word Press as well as Copper Mine (for photo gallery). But I do not presently have the time to deal with this site.

    It is a beautiful blog. The DMOZ listing is a nice little bonus.

    I have kept the reserve lower than what I purchased it for.

    I think its the domain and site but the site is still on previous owners server.

    Reserve and min bid are the same $40. As you can see I purchased it for $50. So reserve is low than my purchase price.

    Not at all. It is the complete site. In fact that previous owner is a really cool guy and for a small fee, will quite likely assist you in setting up the site on your server.

    You are right. The site is still on the previous owners server, but the domain name as well as the sql files are with me. What that means is that I am responsible for the domain name (godaddy), as well as the files, being transferred to you.

    So, now who is going to start with the first bid :) C'mon, you know it is a good buy! :)
