    For this spec, what minimum price for this domain?
    What do you think? Better i sell it or develop it?

    I think you can get min low $xxx.
    You can try to develop it if you have an idea what to do with it, I think Google appreciates old domain. With developed site you can earn few hundreds bucks in a few months, maybe a year.
