    The time has come that I must sell a directory that I operate. I simply do not have the time to care for the site, and despite the large amount of work I have put into it, I must let it go.. I would like to keep it, but my wife and I have pseudo-retired, and I just cannot keep putting more into it.

    I will not post the site or URL here, but here are some of the features.

    PageStrength - 5.5
    DMOZ listed for 1 year
    Listed by Robin Good as one of the top 55 resources for its niche
    Numerous additions and custom scripts for users and visitors.
    About 400 unique visitors daily with no paid promotion.
    About 1000 pageviews daily
    Frequent returning visitors.
    Income currently over $200 per month, but was much more before I got tied up with other things and could not promote the site like I use to.

    The site gets natural and non-recip backlinks daily due to its nature and the items offered at the site for visitors. the directory is a very popular directory and resource in its niche. This site and domain both have huge potential, and would be a very good contestant for being the largest resource and traffic site on the net for its niche.

    I am looking for offers in the mid $x,xxx range. I will speak via phone or MSN chat with ONLY seriously interested persons. The buyer is responsible for moving the site to their own hosting, as well as contacting any subscribers to have payment arrangements made.
