    I don't think it's the listing that's the problem, it's most likely your site.

    If DMOZ have rejected you in the past, obviously they'll reject you again no matter what title or description tags you use on their submit page.

    Also, anything related to payment and DMOZ is very risky. You don't want them to blacklist you.
