Dmoz is down for last hour

,,,maybe even longer
...i just tried checking and its not loading

 

it's been down for years

 

Still down ---- maybe under maintenance!

 

Maybe server maintenance or something, I would have thought if it where site maintenance they would put a page up letting people know

 

maybe they are in the process of adding hundreds of sites

 

Its just gone live again for me, it will probably be one of the great unanswered questions of the web what happend

 

Seems it's been like this for years - up and down.

 

Really, haha, ive never noticed, maybe the one bloke who seems to work there approving sites had nipped out

They should call the DMOZ the closed directory project-closed except to editors and their seo clients

 

That's the second time in a week that they've had downtime

wow dmoz is still down, that means 24 hours+ its been down

this is crazy! im sure they are doing some major changes...hope dmoz project isnt being terminated

 

Everything seems to be working just fine now. (In fact it's been working OK for me since early afternoon today).

 

I do, myabe then Google would base their directory on something sensible.

 

Wikipedia has also been up and down over the last week whereas DMOZ has been up every time I have gone to it. Maybe their servers are in the same data centre...

 

ive never seen wiki down..

and dmoz is back up today
