LOL. The odds of getting accepted are slim. If you do get accepted it will almost certainly take many, many months or even years to get reviewed. Do not resubmit. This puts back to the end of the line again.

Few seconds until editor interface gets loaded - its good to be the editor! ;)

One of the reasons I become DMOZ editor is so I can fix my links since I was constantly moving my site around and changing links, as for competitors my problem is finding enough of them since I can't raise my edits number to get hands on all categories I want.

Thank you for pointing out the fact that an editor needs to list his competitors in order to gain more editing permissions. I think that important detail escapes most people. ;)

It's fine buratssky, as long as they need to be fixed and the editor does more than just fix his own. In this case he said he also finds and lists his competitors to build the category he edits. That's a good thing. :)

I agree with you on that. But if I have a website Isn't it better to avoid fixing my own site. I leave it to the Senior Editors.:) (This way we can avoid abuse or be accussed of abuse)

If you have a website that is listed in a category you edit, it would be wrong to leave it as is if the listing is incorrect. I'd think it would be better to fix it, but also fix the whole category and make sure you don't favor your own site. Of course if the listing is accurate and doesn't need to be fixed you should leave it alone.

At lest I'm being honest. :p

Right now I'm running out of categories to which I can add my site and have to create new ones and problem is there is almost no competition besides some half dead sites so I got get some competitors somewhere in order to have at lest dozen sites to include into new category. :D

Life is too short to wait for that. :D

I usually only fix URL and leave description as original one before I even become editor, that reminds got some links to fix since I finally moved my site into CMS.

This they must understand. They can ask any Senior Editors like you or update its listing as any normal procedure. Just to be fair to everybody.:)

If by society, you mean third world corrupt banana republics then I agree with you that DMOZ system represents the society. ;)
