    They are people and if you offend them, you make it very hard for them to want to help you.

    If I were still an ODP editor and it were my cat, I would be looking very hard for a legitimate reason not to list your site.

    May get your site rejected or removed. But some editors do take the time to move them. When I edited I did it for love, and if I liked a site I enjoyed putting it where it belonged. Good sites got my time, with pleasure.

    You don't take into consideration that my thread was specifically asking for a review then a bunch of people came here to tell me that they won't review my website? Of course they're not wrong... Because well the guy who's getting angry at them for doing it is.

    But I'll leave it at that. I'm gonna report him to the I3C and see what happens.

    The OP doesn't understand that editors don't have global rights. He appears intelligent yet subitted an info site to an ecommerce category.

    to each his own. I used to edit but after the meltdown some essential tools weren't available and I found I preferred volunteering on forums. I totally respect all of us who give our time for no tangible return. What do you do? Have you volunteered as an editor?

    Gosh, i thought you were harrassing us (as an ex-editor I am tainted by your allegations) for being corrupt and unhelpful. Ultimately this is a discussion thread and not an official ODP review forum.

    good luck with that. Send me a pm when you get feedback and I'll reopen the thread. Closed for now to prevent more harrassment.

    BTW avoid the politics subforum here. What they call debate in there would make your hair stand on end.
