DMOZ CGI broken? this error keeps coming up for me

    I am wondering if the DMOZ CGI is broken? I have been trying to add a site but this error keeps coming up for me when I submit the site, anybody else get this type of problem.

    I get that occasionally, usually refreshing it will force it to go through. It maybe just a glitch in the communications between servers, but I am by no means a technology expert. :p Refreshing a time or two usually gets it through though.

    it eventually worked for me, but took about 10 tries
