Selling DMCA Takedown Service

    I am an intellectual property expert (if you don't believe me, ask me some questions) and can help protect your content from unauthorized copying and distribution.

    Without getting in to the specifics of the law (which I can provide upon request), I can take down both downloadable (eBook and other) content, and can also take care of spam blogs which are copying text content.

    For downloadable content, you are losing sales and potential revenue by allowing free downloads to compete with your paid product. If spam blogs are copying your text content, you can be penalized by Google for having duplicate content. Don't let yourself be hurt by not taking action when your content is being pirated.

    This service starts at $15 per issue, or less if you need a large amount of takedowns, but this may not be the final rate. Depending on the non-compliance level of the site (if I have to send paper letters, make phone calls, etc.), the cost may increase based on increased time expenditure and phone call/postage costs.

    what if the site thats infringing is located in sweeden what will be your success rate? ive been told it near to none unless you got alot of resources...

    If the site that's infringing is located in Sweden, there can be difficulties, but not always. There is a notable BitTorrent tracker hosted in Sweden which is virtually impossible to get content removed from. However, Sweden does have copyright laws so if the site is hosting infringing content and is in Sweden, I can often get the content removed. If the site is simply assisting in finding infringing content and is in Sweden (search engine, BitTorrent tracker, Rapidshare linking blog), it is often difficult to get this content removed. It's always worth a try, though.

    As an aside, I'm perfectly able and willing to attempt a takedown in a copyright action-resistant country, but I would warn anyone interested that there may be a lower success rate when it comes to these countries. My letters can get pretty threatening though.
