What kind of materials you want to host under DMCA protected hosting? Like nulled vbulletin, like these?
Unless you go for some offshore hosting where DMCA has no value for country where servers are hosted, you won't get much choices, @personnanongrata even in Netherlands you can have your website taken down for hosting such website
If you are going to host the files yourself it will be difficult to find hosting. If you are simply going to link to other sites, then just search for offshore Netherlands based hosting.
the hosting mentioned above can handle it they are in Czech republic and there is for example company uloz.to / ulozto.cz they host the files for years and no one can shut them off it is not everything only about sweden/netherlands and low cost ukraine

I guess forums are about communication. Q and A. Trying to help with the topic, which here is hosting that will help with it. We are not judges. Everyone deals with what he does. I am streaming "illegal" streams, stealing other people's work and I even hate those streams and I find people who like to lose time watching some stupid sport events stupid and desperate. I especially hate how big brands attack our unconsciousness then connect some symbol with their brand, which is done also in very shady way and then they have monopoly for such symbol, so we are basically forced to buy those overpriced symbols from the only producer(s). The people who brand their product are thieves for me, but that is just a note. I do not shout it loud, I rather work. The copyright and monopoly law is based on abuse and power. I never thought it is worth of my time to take a stone and destroy some glass @ mcdonald's and then to buy Iphone or branded african drum at another shop. But this pirate job brings me at least a bit of satisfaction. And of course money. But I think it is better to stay on topic, which will be full of heroes and criminals, who will be different for different people who evaluate it.
