If you set it up so only you can view it it isn't completely illegal and you don't really have to worry about anything. You purchased the video and are allowed to make "backup copies" of them You may just have to fork over some money for a VPS or something and just upload it to your own server and get a somain and have it password protected for viewing.
upload at any video host, with name XYZ or something like that and dont share your movie link, no one will delete your movie then
There are some video hosts which allow you to keep the video "Private", the video wont wont be published, but only the people who know the exact link can, i think http://viddler.com allows this...
