"non-questioned refund" "investigate the client's file and if no violations to the tos is found, you will have your refund." <-- sounds like (I wont refund you no matter what you said and I will try to find anything against ToS "or I could spawn it" so that you wont get a refund) ^^
I will just be checking if there are any illegal files associated with the account. I don't want to get money back, if people don't follow the rules set. It's very easy, We do not look into our customers data, only when refunding, and if we got permission from the client. If you cannot stand up to the few rules about what you can host on the server, then why should we refund, and getting a risk on being suspended. Meaning if you host a normal website, you don't have to worry, if your hosting pirated scripts, you don't have to worry (as it is impossible for me to check that they are pirated), if you create a client, i wont be able to check as i'm not going to request access from one of "your clients". You have to worry if: your account is flooding with mp3, videos, illegal software. You could just delete it within requesting a refund. Hope that this info will help a bit
