    Purely for cash reasons :)

    I have larger sites I own that are my main stays and these smaller sites I try and build up to that level but for now I consider them liquid assets. So if I need cash for a larger site project, something has to get the axe ;)

    Everyone else, yeah sorry but the buyer has overnighted the cashier's check and I have the tracking number so I consider this sold.
